Show Gets Upgraded Site Layout & Signage To Cope With Growth

Posted by Peter Chandler | Apr 28, 2024 | News | 0 |

One third of registered exhibitors are show newcomers

We’re excited to announce that this year’s show will have an upgraded site layout and signage programme. We’ve implemented the upgrade to cope with increasing numbers of exhibitors and visitors and to ease entry and exit flow from the show site.

The new site plan features dedicated areas for the motorcycle arena, trade stalls, trucks and buses, car clubs and an expanded food court complete with fixed ‘picnic’ style benches and seats. There will be three entry and exit points this year – one dedicated to pedestrians, another strictly for exhibitors and contractors, and a third for visitors arriving by car with an expansive parking area with allocated slots for disabled drivers.

Signage to the show has also been upgraded with a professionally planned and executed system clearly detailing entry and exit points.

The show is growing exponentially year-on-year, and these improvements were needed to ensure all who attend have the very best participant experience. Growth is being driven by one of our key USPs – the fact that we are the only show of its kind in the region to allow exhibitors free entry though donations are welcome.

Registrations for the show are coming in thick and fast and almost 30% are show newcomers. It’s going to be a great day out!
