The success of this year’s Classics on Show has translated into valuable support for charities working across local communities and further afield.

Members of Stokesley Rotary and the Rotary Club of Middlesbrough Erimus held a special appreciation evening at Middlesbrough Golf Club which brought together representatives of charities, volunteers, and sponsors who all played a part in making the 2026 event its biggest success yet.

This year was particularly significant as it marked the first time Classics on Show had been jointly organised by the two Rotary clubs. The new partnership has helped put the popular annual event on a firm footing for the future.

A highlight of the evening was the appreciation presentations from 10 key charities which benefitted from the show’s profits alongside other local and Rotary causes.

Representatives attended from Maggie’s, Ruby’s, Nightlite, Stokesley Community Care, Colitis and Crohn’s Disease, South Cleveland Heart Fund, ShelterBox, My Sisters’ Place, Blood Run and the Linx Youth Project. Together, their work spans health and social care, support for vulnerable people, disaster relief and opportunities for young people.
