We want to give a big shout out to the Jaguar Drivers Club (JDC) Area 11 which generously donated £500 to the Classics on Show coffers, and therefore to our charities, during this year’s fabulous event.
Our President Elect Sushma Aquilla accepted the cheque on the club’s behalf from Bob Exelby of JDC while its committee members Robin Braithwaite and Mark Pearson looked on.
“We have been coming to Classics on Show for about 10 years now and we have always been well looked after by the Rotary Club. Every year our club donates to various charities and this year we decided our donation should go to Rotary and its causes because we know that it will be used to actually help people rather than on ancillary things like marketing and administration and that matters to us,” commented Bob.
